who am I?

portraits by the people who know me best.

To be in Sarah’s presence is to be seen into seeing; to be seen in both the precise fullness of your now and the width, depth, and breadth of your myriad potentials. Sarah will empower you to take a seat at the expansive and mysterious loom of your desires and gifts, and she will accompany you with rigorous deftness as you engage shimmering threads of what is possible.

In Sarah, you will find a woman who is in command of her vessel. You will feel the presence of rudder and ballast and drive. And she is a trustworthy captain, adept in terrains both mapped and mapless, equipped with an in-built compass and an acquaintance with the high waters that can occur in cycles of making and unmaking.

When Sarah walks into a room, prepare to be unable to hide or dally in your defenses. There will be gentleness and ferocity, levity and depth, and she will hold you with her whole heart to the fire that powers the engine of your visions. She will hold up a vivid mirror to your claiming of who you are, in this moment, in this era, in this incarnation, and what you are here to really, truly share. Sarah is a powerhouse of impassioned witnessing and initiative. She is also an immeasurable, ongoing blessing upon my work, my life, and my heart.

Sarah Belpedio is a rare kind of human — someone who imbues her love and support into the people and projects she devotes herself to with precision and depth. She is the person I turn to when I need honesty, when I need to be reminded of what truly matters to me through clear, direct communication. When I feel confused or as though I’ve lost my way, she helps me see how I fit into a much greater picture.

Sarah has a gift for surrendering to the unexpected places in life. When you are confronted with the unknown—when fears and doubts arise, or when you find yourself on the precipice of what feels like losing all control—she is the person in the room who restores your faith and courage, especially in those moments when you are being tested beyond what you believe you’re capable of.

She asks thoughtful, incisive questions.
She points to the things that are hard to face.
She believes in you in ways you may not yet believe in yourself.

One of my favorite ways to witness her in her element is through her remarkable gift for curation — for seeing clearly, refining the details into tangible actions, and transforming what may feel artificial into something natural and deeply authentic.

She is an artist with an intuitive sense for when something is only half-baked, and she knows how to guide you toward an expression that feels well-resourced, nourishing, and sustainable.

How do I know this? Because I have witnessed her live it for years now — both in her own life and in the way she supports others through profound transformation.

When you are on the edge of deep change — birthing a new project or a new version of yourself — when you’re unsure of what to add next or what you need to let go of, Sarah will not simply tell you what to do. She will show you. She will walk beside you as you open the door to your own truth, and she will be there to help you meet and process whatever you find on the other side.

To be known by Sarah is to be seen

I feel deeply attended to in Sarah’s held sightline and simultaneously I feel her holding herself, her sovereign body, frame, existence and knowing

This allows my body to relax

To trust

To be seen by Sarah in her kitchen is to be loved

To be welcomed into a language of pure joy, smells, sensations of care, taste and aliveness

When Sarah walks into a room I feel the ground, the earthen reality of what is below us, the field of Yin recontouring itself towards provocative gestation

Sarah’s presence is a calming tide and a call to action, all at once
